Execution Machines Est. (EMGC) delivers MEP contracting, fit-out, and data center systems integration across Saudi Arabia — built by a team that also operates and maintains what it installs, so your systems keep performing long after handover.
Execution Machines Est. (EMGC) is a Saudi-established engineering solutions provider founded in 2023. We deliver electro-mechanical (MEP) systems, interior fit-out, and data center systems integration — with design and installation carried out by the same team from the first site visit through to final commissioning.
We deliberately don't take on civil or structural work. That focus is the point: every crew, every supervisor, and every project manager on our roster is there because of what they know about mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical systems — not spread thin across trades we'd have to subcontract anyway.
Our leadership has hands-on experience operating and maintaining critical facilities, not just constructing them. That changes how we build — access, maintainability, and documentation get designed in from day one, because we've been the ones called back at 2 a.m. when something wasn't. It's also why safety isn't a poster on the wall here; it's how every site is planned, every time.
You're not just hiring hands to pull cable and pipe. You're choosing who's accountable when systems need to actually perform, on day one and on year five.
No shortcuts, no exceptions. Every project is planned and executed to protect our crews and your facility, from the first site walk to final commissioning.
MEP, fit-out, and data center integration run under a single contractor and a single schedule — not three vendors pointing fingers when a ceiling void gets crowded or a date slips.
Our leadership has hands-on critical-facility operations experience. Access, maintainability, and documentation get designed in from day one — not retrofitted after the complaints start.
100% Saudization, led by a team holding internationally recognized certifications — built in step with Vision 2030, not just aligned with it on paper.
Every discipline below is delivered by our own crews, coordinated on one schedule — not subcontracted out and hoped for.
Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope — executed and commissioned to spec, not just installed and left for someone else to test. One crew carries a system from first fix through to a signed-off commissioning report, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between trades.
Interior fit-out lands clean when it's sequenced with the services behind the wall — not bolted on after. We run fit-out and MEP as one schedule, so ceilings close once, finishes go up once, and nothing gets torn back open to chase a missed cable route.
EMGC coordinates MEP, controls, and building systems as a system integrator — not just an installer — so the facility performs as designed from day one, not after a year of punch-list fixes. Commissioning runs through the industry-standard CX levels, with every system tested on its own before it's tested as part of the whole.
The same sequence runs whether it's a rooftop AHU or a Tier III data hall — only the systems change.
Site survey, scope definition, and feasibility — so the estimate matches the real conditions on the ground.
Shop drawings, sequencing, and trade coordination locked before a single fixture goes in.
Execution on site with dedicated supervision, daily progress tracking, and safety oversight.
Testing, punch-list closeout, and documentation delivered ready for operations.
A sample of MEP and fit-out delivery across entertainment, healthcare, retail, and residential projects in the Kingdom — each one run under the same four-stage process, start to finish.
Send a few details and we'll come back with next steps — a site visit, a budgetary estimate, or a call, whichever fits.
